The Prep Department marks the next phase in the children’s learning journey, where the children continue to grow and develop between the ages of 7 and 11 years.  Pupils are encouraged to take greater responsibility at this age, both for their own learning as well as the smooth running of the School through their involvement in the School Council, the organization of fundraising events and positions of responsibility such as Head Boy, Head Girl, House Captains or Nursery Monitors.  Above all we want our pupils to leave the Prep School having reached his or her potential through a developing love of learning that will go beyond what is taught in the classroom.
